LINDSAY AND IAN'S WEDDING AT HI-WIRE BREWING IN ASHEVILLE, NC

When it comes to weddings, every couple has a unique vision for their special day. For Lindsey and Ian, their upcoming nuptials are all about having fun with loved ones and embracing the unexpected.

The couple is most looking forward to simply enjoying the day with their closest friends and family. The focus is not on formality or tradition but on creating a relaxed, joyful atmosphere where everyone can let loose and have a great time.

One of the ways Lindsey and Ian plan to achieve this is through their choice of vendors. They’re planning on having a pretzel cart, pizza truck, and ice cream cart at their wedding – choices that reflect their fun-loving personalities and love for comfort food. They also plan to take photos in the brewery with the beer and kegs, emphasizing their casual, laid-back approach to their big day.

Another unique aspect of their wedding is their beloved dog, Charlie, who will be playing a crucial role as the ring bearer. The couple has requested lots of pictures with Charlie, showcasing the significant role he plays in their lives.

Perhaps the most exciting part of Lindsey and Ian’s wedding is the surprise appearance of llamas during the cocktail hour. This unconventional choice is sure to delight guests and create memorable, unscripted moments – the kind of moments Lindsey and Ian value most.

With a guest count of approximately 60 people, an informal dress code of ‘dressy casual’, and a color theme of neutrals, gold, and greenery, the couple’s wedding promises to be an intimate and personalized celebration.

As for the music, the couple has decided to forego the traditional formal dances. Instead, they’ve requested the DJ to play “Brown Eyed Girl” by Van Morrison and “How Sweet It Is” by James Taylor for informal dances with their parents. They’re also thinking of having a last dance by themselves, creating a private moment amidst the public celebration.

Lindsey and Ian’s wedding plans reflect their unique love story and their desire to create a day that truly represents them as a couple. As they look forward to their wedding day, they’re excited not just about saying ‘I do’ but about sharing a day of joy, love, and laughter with their favorite people. And at the heart of it all are real, unscripted moments – the spontaneous laughter, the happy tears, and the unexpected surprises that make their wedding uniquely theirs.
