Biltmore Wedding Highlights

With over 200 guests, this Biltmore wedding was a lively and vibrant affair adorned with the color and joy that Indian weddings are renowned for. However, Avanthi and Nicky chose not to define their celebration by specific wedding colors. The charm was in the organic hues that echoed through the elaborate Sangeet, the solemn wedding, and the black-tie optional reception.

The Sangeet was a spectacle to behold featuring semi-formal Indian and Western attire. This pre-wedding music and dance event was a highlight, with coordinated performances by friends and family members. Our groom, Nicky, wowed everyone with his dance skills. Meanwhile, Avanthi, our beautiful bride, shared quiet moments with her mom and sister, making memories that will last a lifetime.

The wedding day saw Nicky exuding charm and charisma, adorned in a turban tied ceremoniously with his family. Avanthi, graced in her wedding attire, stood as a picture of elegance. Amidst the excitement, their first look at each other was a serene moment, a shared pause before the flurry of festivities.

Adding to the excitement was Nicky’s horseback arrival at the Statue of Diana, leading the Baraat – a traditional groom’s wedding procession. His family and friends accompanied him, dancing and celebrating along the way against the stunning backdrop of Biltmore and the Blue Ridge Mountains.

The reception paid a touching tribute to their grandparents. Their photos at the venue were a sweet reminder of their presence and blessings. The couple performed a choreographed dance as their first act together as a married couple, combining their love for Harry Potter with Bollywood!

Avanthi and Nicky’s Biltmore wedding was a celebration that united two families, two cultures, and two hearts. Using their personalized wedding hashtag, #FromSingletoSinghle, the couple marked their journey from their individual paths to a shared journey of love and togetherness.

We wish Avanthi and Nicky nothing but joy and love as they dance their way through life together, creating more memories to cherish!
