Destination Wedding Photographer

I started my wedding photography career in Key West, Florida, photographing couples visiting the Florida Keys for a destination wedding. I learned the troubles of planning a destination wedding, which helped me develop my stress-free wedding photography experience.

Those weddings spurred trips to Colorado, New York, Washington DC, New Orleans, Hawaii, and Italy!

You wouldn’t think of now living and being based in Asheville, NC, as an easy place to be a destination wedding photographer. But it is. The Asheville Regional Airport is the fastest-growing airport in the United States, but it is also an 18-minute flight to Charlotte, an American Airlines hub. If Americans don’t serve those destinations, I hop on a 38-minute flight to Atlanta, and off we go on Delta. It also makes it an accessible destination for couples wanting to get married in the NC Mountains or Asheville. One of the hottest-growing cities in the country

I want to share some excellent wedding inspiration from the couples I am grateful to have worked with. Dive below and see our destination weddings, backyard weddings, ballroom weddings, and dozens of other unique and heartwarming stories.

I am also a proud supporter of marriage equality. If you are looking for an LGBTQ-friendly wedding photographer, you’re in the right place.
