Engagement sessions are one of the easiest ways to get to know a couple. Its the first opportunity to meet the couple, see what works and what doesn’t. Its a great session for couples to take advantage of. It allows me to photograph you and figure out what works best, so that on your wedding day every image is more stunning than the last one. I am able to see how natural light works with each couple, but also how using supplemental fill lighting will affect their skin tones and many other things.
We want you to jump in with us and help make as many GREAT shots as you can and then just be really excited that you have them! Today you should be able to EXPECT great engagement photos from a photographer. But what’s different now isn’t just the quality of the photo, it’s the experience of getting the photos taken! Engagement photos are one of my favorite parts of my job. I love getting out and just having fun and love how different these shots can be from couple to couple! It’s about where we go, who you are as a couple, and the love that you share for one another. These images are often used in a guest book or even as part of the wedding. They are typically taken 6 months prior to your wedding date.
