As a general practice, and unless your signed contract or a written request states otherwise, Michael Freas Photography may use images and video from your session or wedding in its portfolio, on this Site, in directory listings and award or publication submissions, and on social media for promotional and editorial purposes. If you prefer that your images not be used in this way, you may opt out at any time by notifying us in writing; we will honor opt-out requests going forward and make reasonable efforts to remove previously published images upon request.
This Site does not host client galleries directly. Gallery access, downloads, and print releases are governed by the delivery platform’s own terms and by your client services contract.
